2. Secure Server Log In via the Internet
Log into our secure server via an access pass code and submit the relevant information which will then be handled immediately by an MIS Patient Services Coordinator.
3. Email
MIS Patient Services can also be contacted via email direct via this website or directly by our clients, Case Managers and Adjusters for fast courteous response. Click Here to send an email to us.
4. Facsimile (Fax)
In addition to the above, our clients can fax the patient data information to our fax number (714-736-9494). MIS Patient Services Coordinators will in turn contact the MIS network provider to schedule patients that are authorized to receive treatment.

Every attempt is made to have the appointment scheduled within 72 Hours from the time that the initial contact made is to MIS via our website, fax or phone call.
Within 24 hours to 48 hours of the appointment, the radiology report is provided to the Workers’ Comp claims adjuster, nurse case manager and doctor via e-mail or fax. The adjuster or case manager will be contacted by the MIS Patient Services Coordinator prior to the exam in order to verify authorizations and services ordered. MIS scheduling department will gather specific information regarding the patient from the ordering physician. The report is retained in the secure server website for later access as well.
