Through our expertise and national network of credentialed providers, MIS clients receive immediate and substantial cost savings. MIS has contractual relationships with over 2,200 Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology providers across the country including Hawaii and Puerto Rico with nearly 350 additional providers offering Neuro-diagnostic testing services.
We are also able to secure case by case coverage for our clients with providers that are currently not contracted with MIS through the Single Case Agreement arrangement. Providers although not currently contracted with MIS, agree to accept our reimbursement for the service and many inevitably join the network as a result of the positive outcome. This offers our client an even greater network of accessibility especially in suburban or rural regions of the country.

Who are we?
Carl Guerra, President and Chief Executive Officer, has thirty-five years experience in radiology and hospital administration. He has a degree in Hospital Administration from UCLA and was the Administrative Director of Radiology; supervising the radiology operations in thirty-two hospitals.
Bruce Middleton, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has twenty-five years experience in the radiology services industry, as well as an extensive background in radiology sales and marketing. Mr. Middleton like Mr. Guerra started out as a Registered Radiology Technologist and received a degree in Business.
All of the MIS management team have been directly involved in the development, management, scheduling, delivery operational administration and marketing of multiple MRI and CT imaging center facilities. This unique combination of talent and experience gives MIS a decided advantage and a unique perspective in coordinating with its network providers for the delivery of diagnostic radiology services to clients, patients and treating physicians.
